Testimonials

Refreshingly Grounded & Sensible

“Dr. Zeller is one of the most intelligent, sincere, and kind individuals I’ve met in my 51 years.   His values are refreshingly grounded and sensible. His knowledge and interests as a whole person and his application thereof made my many meetings with him over the years extremely productive. I have had significant challenges to overcome, and also, in the good times, I work at lifelong betterment of a healthy self. Both boxes get checked with Dr. Zeller.”

Remarkable Sense of Compassion & Understanding

“I was a client of Dr. Zeller for six to seven months. My hesitations to even consider counseling were set aside during our first session. Dr. Zeller has a remarkable sense of compassion and understanding, putting a person at ease. Dealing with grief, anxiety, and family issues—subjects that I didn’t think that I could talk about—actually began happening. Dr. Zeller’s ideas, suggestions, and recommendations were just that. He never pushed any sort agenda that I should follow or anything, but all of his suggestions were spot on. It was just an amazing experience and it’s still fresh in my mind all the time. I continue to grow on my journey, but I know that if I get stuck in a situation, I know where to turn.”

I Learned To Appreciate and Value Life

“Dr. Zeller and I worked together for over five years throughout high school golf and during my collegiate golf career. We started our work together when I was 15 years old and struggling with expectations and accepting failure, both on and off the golf course. We focused on self-acceptance, positive self-talk and imagery, and various breathing and meditation techniques. Although my professional golf career was only two years, the life skills we focused on I take with me every day in my work advising graduate students at Babson College and competing in amateur golf tournaments across New England and the U.S. Not only did we work together to ensure that my experience on the golf course was enjoyable and rewarding, but most importantly, I learned to appreciate and value life as a whole.”
